The calendar below indicates the availability of each of our two bedroom cottages (Mountain Ash and Rowan Cottages)The availability information was last updated on 22 February 2012 at 18:45
Our Prices
-
We include all electricity, full oil central heating and the supply of bed-linen in the price.
There are no hidden extras (and you won't need to find coins for coin meters)!
-
We charge £10.00 per week or part week for each dog that you bring with you. There is no charge if your dogs do not enter the cottages.
-
We make a small charge if you want us to supply you with wood for the log-burners. Note that we may not always have suitable wood available.
- For short breaks the following prices apply:

Up to 2 days is
2/5 of the weekly price.
Additional days are charged at
1/5 of the weekly price per day.
The maximum charge for a stay of less than a week will not be more than the weekly charge.
Making a Booking
-
Our normal booking week is from Saturday to Saturday.
-
We accept payment by most credit and debit cards and by interbank transfer
(your cheque guarantee card is normally also a debit card).
Please note that we no longer accept payment by cheque or American Express.

We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time prior to a booking being confirmed.
-
To secure a booking a 50% deposit must be paid.
-
The full payment is due no later than one month before your arrival date - please see the terms and conditions below.
Booking Terms and Conditions
-
Deposits are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be moved to a different week's booking.
Whether we can do this depends on a number of factors including whether we can re-let the original booked week.
If we can move your booking we cannot guarantee that the total price will be the same as the original booking.

If you cancel a booking the full amount will be due unless we can re-let the accommodation. We will make every effort to do this but
we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
We do recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover unforseen circumstances preventing you from taking your holiday.

We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the full amount is not paid on time.
-
If circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to provide you with the accommodation you have booked
our liability will be limited to a full refund of any payments you have made to us.
